Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use imran360 (imran360.com) and its Notes app. The site and the app are run by Imran Hossain. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

1. Your account

  • You sign in with your Google account. Keep that account secure: anything done while you are signed in is treated as done by you.
  • Give correct information when you complete your profile.
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use imran360.
  • One person, one account. Do not share your account or use someone else's.

2. The Notes app

The Notes app lets you keep notes, projects and money records, and use an AI assistant. It is free to use. It is offered "as is": it is built with care, but it may have bugs, and features may change.

Where your data lives. Your notes and records are stored on your own device. If you turn on Google Drive backup, a copy is kept in your own Google Drive. You are responsible for keeping your data backed up. If you clear your browser data, lose your device, or remove the notes from a device without a backup, they cannot be recovered by us, because we do not keep a copy on our server.

Money records are for your own tracking only. The app helps you see your income and spending; it is not financial, tax or accounting advice. Exchange rates come from a public source and may be late or wrong. Check important figures yourself.

3. The AI assistant

  • The assistant uses your own Google Gemini API key. You are responsible for that key and for following Google's terms for it, including any usage limits or charges on your Google account.
  • AI answers can be wrong. The assistant only suggests notes and money entries; check each one before you add it.
  • Do not send the assistant anything you are not allowed to share, such as other people's private information or files you do not have the right to use.

4. Google services

Sign-in, Google Drive backup and the AI assistant rely on Google's services, which are covered by Google's own terms. If Google changes or stops a service, the related feature may stop working. How we use Google data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use

Do not:

  • break the law, or use imran360 to harm, harass or deceive anyone;
  • try to get into other people's accounts or data, or into parts of the site you are not allowed to use;
  • attack, overload, scan or disrupt the site, or get around its limits or security;
  • upload harmful files (such as viruses) in support tickets or anywhere else;
  • copy, resell or pretend to own the site or the app.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules.

6. Your content

What you write and upload stays yours. We do not claim ownership of it. You only allow us to handle it as far as needed to run the service, for example to show you your support tickets.

7. Our content

The imran360 site, the Notes app, its design, code and name belong to Imran Hossain. The projects shown in the portfolio belong to their respective owners. You may not copy or reuse them without permission, except as the law allows.

8. Availability and changes

We may update, change or stop any part of imran360 or the Notes app at any time, and the site may sometimes be unavailable. Because your notes live on your device and in your Drive, the app keeps working offline when the site is down.

9. Ending your use

You can stop using imran360 at any time. To delete your account, write to imranhossain77664@gmail.com. Remove your notes from your devices when you log out, and delete the backup file in your Google Drive if you no longer want it.

10. No warranty and limits of liability

imran360 and the Notes app are provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranty. As far as the law allows, Imran Hossain is not liable for any loss of data, money, profit or other indirect loss that comes from using, or not being able to use, the site or the app, including decisions you make based on the app's money records or the AI assistant's answers.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. If you keep using imran360 after a change, you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
